Welcome to Trivia Rumble Elite ("the Game"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Service

The Game is a free, fan-made multiplayer trivia activity playable in Discord Activities and in web browsers. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Acceptable Use

By playing, you agree to:

Use the Game only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
Not attempt to disrupt, hack, cheat, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Game, its servers, or its infrastructure.
Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to answer questions or manipulate the leaderboard.
Not attempt to impersonate other players.

3. Game Data & Scores

Player names, avatars, answers, and scores are stored to operate the game and leaderboard.
Scores persist between sessions; the leaderboard may be reset or game data may be deleted at any time without notice.
Cheating, exploiting, or abusive conduct may result in removal of your player record or scores.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some questions are generated by an AI service and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. All questions are provided for entertainment only.

5. No Affiliation

The Game is a fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" and the Discord logo are trademarks of Discord Inc. Trivia questions are for general entertainment and are not associated with any referenced brands or media.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
